My project is chugging right along.
I've been drawing up some sketches to try and visualize a fire control group that operates on a closed bolt. I'm going to use a cocked striker (sliding hammer) to hit a spring loaded firing pin. Here are some sketches: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Today I made a striker prototype. It's not done but it's a start.

UNammo.com here in AZ has it at $0.19/rd with local pick-up; shouldn't take too much hunting to find it for less.
