Fred very nice! I like the clean rear view, no big bumperetts +.
Has the weight loss been noticeable while driving? What is that color? Do you track the car? Cheers Richard |

My '80 SC.........
The color is black metallic which was the car's original color. I just had it painted but did not want to do a color change since I like this one. The weight loss is noticible. The car feels more nimble now. Of course, this is a seat of the pants observation/feel. So far I have not put this car on a track. I do plan on doing some autocross days and maybe some DE days. I've got to go thru the engine first as it has a pretty significant oil leak. I have most of the parts for the engine build. It will have 100mm Mahle pistons, LN Engineering cylinders, Electromotive XDi ignition, 964 or Mod S cams and ported Carrera twin plug heads. What I don't have on the shelf yet is the induction, probably a set of 46mm PMOs. A strong 3.3 ltr engine in a light car should be FUN!
