-I don't have any problem with prostitution. In fact, IF it is properly regulated and taxed, then I think it should be LEGAL. Why not? Some old guy with no prospects but a lot cash comes across some woman with a lot of prospects....but no cash. Why not a little capitalism? Partner A leaves satisfied, and partner B walks away with the cash she [or he] needed. That's better than some old guy beating-off in frustration, while some woman winds up selling drugs on the street!

It works quite well in Amsterdam and in Nevada. I see no reason that this should be illegal, as long as it is regulated. Regulated = licensing, regular medical checkups, and SAFE.

See, and I have a great time going to strip clubs. Heck, I went last weekend. That's not about "scoring". That's about appreciating and looking at beautiful women--while trying to resist dropping a small fortune and being constantly harassed by "the talent". I seriously had one tell me they were doing lap dances "for Charity". I never found out who Charity was.

Still, I always go with a co-ed group. It's much more fun that way.

I haven't been in a long time but I feel the same way. I prefer the bikini bars over the full nude bars. The full nude are far more 'serious' and far less 'fun'.

My landlord in BE was a real hoot. Very gracious man whose wife had passed on. He was getting near 70 but still was outgoing and full of energy! Vim et Vigeour!!!

There were two brothels nearby, I believe the story was he knew the owners. Anyway, he would pick up a young (appearing to be 18-22) girl on Friday night and a different one on Saturday night. They would go out to dinner or whatever. I was always very polite and never judgmental to The Gentleman. He was always the same to my wife and myself, he let us rent inside his chateau for much less than a going rate would have normally been.

I do not remember ever seeing the same girl twice, but who knows. Anyway, they always had a car come for them the next day and always the girls seemed polite and happy when I saw/talked with them. They always spoke French, the ones I ran into, and seemed to be of French/Belgian/Luxumbourg/German origins so I doubt these houses were much more than a way for the girls to make a living. I know the gentleman did NOT like seeing anything forced, even animals, into servitude.

So many of that type of business today is filled with trafficked women. Another form a slavery for someone's amusement. Not a savory industry.

I do hear the houses in Nevada are well run, but I've never been to Nevada and do not currently have any plans to visit the "gaming" houses of either type.

I cannot overlook the fact that nobody grows up thinking that they want to become a prostitute when they grow up... Nor does anybody (with some exceptions to confirm the rule, nimfo's/s3xaddicts), choose to because they really really think it's a fun career... And for that reason, i cannot possibly get my mind around the concept of payed sex. It's a total turn off to me.
