The Porsche 3.6L DME engine is an excellent choice when converting your 914. These 3.6L engines are found in the 964 from ’90-’94 ( 250hp – 228 lb/ft ), and 993 from ’95-’98 ( 272hp – 243.2 lb/ft ).

A 914 with a 3.6L would be a monster.:eek:
