Well, start with the "P4". Then, the 365 2+2 you drove started life as a coupe. I'd wager the Daytona did, as well. And, we can't forget the "GTO".

The Italians are big on styling and a door handle is a wart. Every Italian car I've owned has had hidden handles.

Good insights. Any idea on the Daytona door windows? I could not see any way to lower them.

Doug... after seeing your question, one or two brain cells reminded me that I could probably hazard an intelligent guess, because as a young lad I spent quite a bit of time gazing at car pics in C&D and R&T... including interiors... so I Googled this up.

Did you try those rocker switches on the console just to the right of the shifter?

Looks like it could be, there was abosolutely nothing on the inside door panel.
It was dark when I drove it. I had a small flashlight and all the windows were covered with the evening dew so I couldn't see much. I missed those if that was it
I was trying to keep up following two new mustangs who were driving spiritidly back to the shop. One of those moments you never forget, luckily no cops were around.

For those who followed this thread there are some excellent pictures done by the professional photographer.

There are near 1,000 pictures here! Good way to spend your Friday lunchtime.

There's also pics from 2010

Byler will sell these and take the water mark off. See any worth buying. My '72 P-car was upstaged by these more flamboyant Italians.

Time to resurrect this old evolving thread.

Update: Another Ferrari and Friends event for 2012. Friday evening and Saturday Oct 5 & 6.

Unfortunately there was rain in the forecast and it rained all night. There was so much rain the Golf course refused us access to the fairways. All the cars were parked around the club house in adjoining parking lots.

Despite the inclement weather, there was a record turnout for the fund raiser. Toward the end of the evening, and after the auction for DSANI (Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Indiana) where we raised $20K+ for the charity.

Some pics below.

I'm not real up on Ferraris, so my facts bear checking, but if memory serves, all the 288 GTO's were fixed roof cars as they were based on the GTB.

The 288 GTO is absolutely a stunning automobile.
