When I swapped engines on my 911 a few years ago, I replaced every hose with new ones from McMaster -Carr and the old ones were brittle and ready to crack. I'd recommend the ones McMaster carries. I don't remember anything about them except that they were "fuel lines" and sized in metric and I replaced all vacuum lines as well...

The newest Gates fuel hose shown in the link is the same stuff I just used to replace some fuel lines in my BMW. Compatible with all the latest bio fuels. I picked it up at O Reilly auto parts.
From what I've read, Teflon (PTFE) is the ultimate replacement hose, supposedly will outlast the car.
