She has lived in Section 8 housing all but 1 of her 58 years. It was a legacy passed down from her parents who moved into Section 8 housing in 1949 when she was six months old. She has passed the legacy down to her children, but fears they may have to get jobs to pay for the utilities and deposits.

She laments about her one year hiatus from the comfort of her Section 8 nirvana, 'I tried it for a year -- you know, working and all. It's not anything I would want to go through again, or wish on anyone in my family, but I am damn proud of that year.'

Sharon was moved out of her St. Bernard housing project after hurricane Katrina and into a new, yet albeit, substandard quarterage. As can be noted from the above photo of her new Section 8 home, it is repugnant and not suitable for someone of Sharon Jasper's seniority status in the system. 'Don't be fooled by them hardwood floors,' says Sharon ...

'They told me they were putting in scraped wood floors cause it was more expensive and elegant, but I am not a fool -- that was just a way to make me take scratched up wood because I am black. The 60 inch HD TV? It may look nice but it is not plasma .... It's not a plasma because I'm black. Now they want me to pay a deposit and utilities on this dump. 'Do you know why?'

Disgusting on so many levels. Its why I spend an inordinate amount of my time figuring out ways to legally not pay into the system. I don't want to be an enabler. Yes, you can get the &^*(& off my lawn and one of these days I'll be living on a section compound bordered by motion security systems. So be it. I want nothing to do with crap like that, and refuse to let it get anywhere near me.

Everybody is pissed about this situation. It's unfair to society, the taxpayers, and especially the kids, but this is no excuse for Obama bashing. For every abuser of wefare there are many more who simply couldn't survive without it. Clearly, this woman gives everyone on public assistance a black eye. The system needs better checks and balances.

We have two kids because that's all we can afford... People give the Duggars a hard time because they have so many kids, but they support themselves and aren't a burden on society like the breeder in the video in this thread. I support mandatory sterilization for those who can't or won't stop getting pregnant while on the dole.

She has been pregnant most of her adult life and I'm sure has never had a job and will never have one. We'll support her and her brood until they have their owns kids. It will never end...

I am all for support being there when you need it. I am completely opposed to life time welfare cases.

My basic proposal:

Ok, you lost your job. The government says, we will help you. We will give you 100% (whatever they pay welfare people). for 1 year. During that year you have to show at least 40 hours a week looking for a job.

Wow, its been 1 year and you cannot. Well, that's tough, so we will help you, but at 75%. You still have to look for a job for 40 hours a week.

2 years....that's really tough...well at 50% you are probably going to be motivated to find something.

3 years.....maybe you need to relo or you are lying about looking, or looking for the wrong thing. You are now at 25%.

4 years = 10%.

After 4 years you are now disqualified for 5 years.

Give people resources to help them find a job, but this cannot be a career.

This lady has clearly lost it. She is a burden on society. If i had the power....once you are on public welfare you need to give up some privileges.... you cannot justify 15 kids....ever.....ever....

I would love to see what the 15 kids end up doing 20 years from now....
