Was, had to jet back to LA on short notice due to a client issue . I’m very much retired but for some old clients, I’m still available.

I can keep it for a weekend place, or rent it out full time, the places I'm looking at don't allow vacation rentals per their C,C&R's. One bedroom and 1 or 2 baths 1,000 to 1,400 sq. ft. with a patio facing directly on the harbor. $220K to $250K is my budget.

I need to retire there. Are you saying you can get a 1400 sq/ft condo on the water for 250K???

Cheers

That was ten years ago and two blocks from the water, and a short sale. Bought for $215, sold for $575 ten years later. The place in St. Augustine, FL I traded up to is on the water and is 1,400 sq. ft. with a big deck facing the ocean. it was about what I sold the Oxnard, CA unit to trade up.
