Thanks. Not ideal climatic conditions nor enough light ....and , of course my skill level...but it's white, eh.
I gotta color sand out a couple runs and a half dozen cooties....then put it back together and see if that back door will still work on my truck. I underestimated the difficulty of straightening of the extruded form that makes up the hatch frame. I haven't quit on it but probably need to make up a hydraulic press & buck to get there. Smart money may be to go to the maker and buy a complere new back door.
