I used to eat fast as a teenager. A friend timed me while eating a Big Mac. It took 15 seconds in 4 bites. Fast forward 32 years. Now I eat slower and not as much. During the week at work I will have something in the morning and won't eat until dinner. I was always skinny and I've never gained any weight. I maybe gained 5-10 pounds since high school. I must have the metabolism of a humming bird.

That's where my brother went, he said in boot camp they told you when you could start eating, and when to stop. The time was not very long, so if you want to eat, you had to eat fast.
