B.S. Although, I am not completely off the real cig yet, but I have been cutting down from at least a pack a day to couple a week. It has worked for many people. The reason why it still doesn't work for me is because of the taste. My hands are way more busy compare to smoking the real cigarette. That stop-smoking-expert sure doesn't know what the H he's talking about.

No one knows if it's completely safe, but also no known health issue yet. Yes, I agree with you that it's hard to say, but disagree with the writer and the "stop smoking expert" above. That stop-smoking-expert might have his own method that he's been making his living from.

I just picked up a smoov e-cig. very cool device.

I still smoke a pack a day and use the e-cig in places I cant smoke, like my office or bars. I still prefer smoking the real thing. Some friends have been able to stop smoking cigs and just use the e-cig. While its obvious that they simply went from being a smoker to a chronic vapor inhaler, I suspect they will benefit in the long term both financially and physically.

Whatever damage these e-cigs do cant be anywhere close to what the real ones do

I am hoping that I can, after 27 years, start decreasing my smoking and form more of a bond with this e-cig. But, there are some details that need adjustment and experimentation. For me, the smoov 78mm battery works very well and holds a charge all day, but, its long and heavy and holding it in my mouth without using my hand is difficult which decreases the pleasure and sometimes the purpose of using it....and then there are the different style/shape cartomizers etc...Its sorta fun to experiment with all the e-cig nerd gear

I hear what you are saying. I had the same thought when I started, but after several months, you'll get use to it. Still, I do agreed that the real cig taste, smell, and feel much better.

For taste, longer battery hold, and being able to swap the battery and use the device while one battery is on charger, mod and mechanical mod with a genesis type tank is better. Just that it's a lot bigger.
