I could be totally off base but I'm kinda seeing the ...."Where's my cookie" look. However, being forced to wear a minion outfit would be grounds for a grumpy look or some ankle biting. If you get a free moment, check out the YouTube videos on these guys. It's rather funny to see them bouncing around in their outfits. https://youtu.be/oM1suDu-G6k It will put a smile on your face. This is our dog, Reuben. He LOVE to lie in the sun. Even on HOT days, he will go get toasty warm and just come inside long enough to cool off and then go find another sunny spot. |

Does this apply to all breads or is it specific to the dachshund line? What is is about excess sun that indicates thyroid issues, vitamin-A deficiency? I have no DVM knowledge so I'm just curious. My parents have a couple of older Aussie's that do this. Cheers https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d1cbbea33b.png Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Thanks. He is 4 now and due for another yearly checkup. The do blood work on the checkup.
He certainly has a good appetite which I know can be an indicator as well. I think his appetite is normal for a short hair dachshund. |
