My wife has had dachshunds since she was a little girl. When we got married, she had a dachshund that lived to 18. The dog's name was Perry Porsche. And she was born 15 years before we met.

We have a hobby farm in that we have my wife's horses and donkeys and bale some hay for friends. On this farm we have two dogs. The first is a Border Collie. She is a natural fit for the place, chasing off coyotes and suspicious pheasants. The other dog is a York-tsu cross. She thinks she is a farm dog too.
