MINGO BOOTS - Home Page Their website shows all sorts of fancy boots but they make plain jane boots as well. Any toe, any heel, short uppers or tall for snake country. Its made the way YOU want the boot made.

In person is best as they measure your foot, then make a wooden form, or last of your foot then you just call or email them and say "I am customer number" and they make a pair for you from that. It can be done by mail but having them measure it out is better.
