For those who raised the issue of Casey Anthony, the jury was dead on. The state did not prove its case. Your a disillusioned idiot for believing otherwise and and have no understanding of the legal system in the USA

I think the Arias defense failed her. They should have proceeded with depraved heart and sought acquittal on that defense.

The defense should have also sought a defense based upon Alexander''s Mormon beliefs and lifestyle towards women. But God forbid the court actually allow a party to legitimately try a matter regarding religious beliefs. Mormon men treat their women as afterlife servants.

The felony murder charge was ridiculous and well beyond very far reaching.

And yes, I am an attorney, so I know a lot more than most here. Those who do not have formal legal training and life experience as an attorney in this area you opinion is absolutely meaningless. Although everyone is entitled to their opinion, there is a right and wrong opinion. For those who have legal training and disagree, you have been consumed by the moraless legal crap that is plaguing society.

Yep condescending I agree. I have a neighbor who is a lawyer. Shortly after I first met him he told me lawyers are special people. He blows through stop signs, drives too fast and successfully fights any speeding ticket he gets. Too bad Dueller is laid up.He is more humble. Not arrogant. In any profession you get the nice guys and the not so nice. Look at the lawyers that come across nicely - Marcia Clark, Gloria Allbright etc etc Dueller please get better - we need you here.
