I think the Arias defense failed her. They should have proceeded with depraved heart and sought acquittal on that defense.
The defense should have also sought a defense based upon Alexander''s Mormon beliefs and lifestyle towards women. But God forbid the court actually allow a party to legitimately try a matter regarding religious beliefs. Mormon men treat their women as afterlife servants.
The felony murder charge was ridiculous and well beyond very far reaching.
And yes, I am an attorney, so I know a lot more than most here. Those who do not have formal legal training and life experience as an attorney in this area you opinion is absolutely meaningless. Although everyone is entitled to their opinion, there is a right and wrong opinion.
