Just do what i do, I convert it to celsius. Right now you're only 10 and I'm 11 1/2.

Thanks all for the good wishes.
I never noticed getting older until my son was born. He just turned 5 and I am like almost 10 times older than that!  I guess if I am going to live to 100 I am finally middle age.I am going to use the Celsius thing!

Started watching diet and exercise more at 49. Probably fitter in 50s than 40s...but lost a bit of energy/stamina for daily work activities. Working all-nighters seems much more punishing.
