No doubt if there were any car worth saving, that would be one of them.

How can someone "estimate" 830K in damages? I doubt there's a Mitchell page for the 300SL. who says Germany has a salvage title? My limited knowledge of the TUV is going to have that car be new or it won't ever drive the roads in the Fatherland.
