Five speed from a XKE, I'm bettin' It happens a lot. Don't think the early 4 speed had syncro on first gear.

Don't think they ever put any 5 speeds in XKEs, mayber from something else, were any of the XJ series cars 5 speeds?

Agree... I know some guys from the local Jag club and if you get too "involved" with them they can lead to financial ruin.

Need to rebuild a "latieish" V12? ... That's about $22,000 locally.

Beautiful non the less but I've always managed to stay away from Jags although I've had my fair share of Alfas
