I have usually shown my 22 yo daughters boyfriends ( she does a pretty good job picking them)

Usually evokes a deer in the headlights response. The latest, really nice kid BTW, First came over the weekend after Sandy Hook which is 4 miles from my house so I passed. He knows how I feel about her though

That is pretty much it.

It was a milestone weekend. Met one daughters boyfriend and then on Sunday took the 9y/o to summer camp for the week. It is her first time to be away for more than a night. Mom seemed more anxious than the girl. It sure seems quiet.

2 bags of lime sitting by the backhoe usually does it.

My daughter is 14. She knows the right traits to seek out. I'm helping her ID early signs of alcoholism, abusive behaviour and such. She is a crack pistol shot, bowman, knife handler and knows how to deploy mace. I do not worry too much.
