Well I got it taken care of dropped the spare tire and there is the charcoal canister so I took it out and blew some low pressure air through it while I tapped gently on it and got lots of dust out including some chunks because the moisture separator doesn't do its job. But there is a reason why! the moisture separator was packed with dirt so it was probably the problem all along and I am curious why the dealer didnt check it out since the tech bulletin I went by specifically says to check it. So I went ahead and got some 5/8 tygon and ran it from the moisture separator to the engine compartment and put a filter on the end of it so I don't think dust is going to be an issue anymore. I am just curious why the vent system is open while the car is running I would think it would get air from the purge system instead.
