yes, it is sad, isn't it?

I asked him to do certain things - like boost my call to another tech and he refused - I have always gotten another tech before & he also failed to explain why he was not doing that

he also did some passive-aggresive things that did not endear himself to me

like it or not, he is in the same position as the waitstaff at an eatery - he is the customer interface; if there is a problem not of his making then he should explain why he cannot resolve the problem

otherwise, get a job in the fast food industry

Open Office (freeware for PC and Mac) would probably handle all of your files easily. It's strength is compatibility across most office software products.

I bought a MBook Pro. Lifetime PC guy here. I also run Paralellis and win7. I have ms office for Mac. After a year of use, I'm starting to like the Mac and ms office for Mac. I think I can open my old stuff created a decade ago. So far, I've had no problems opening old files.

Like working there, they've never had an angry caller

I've called their perhaps a few times to get repairs ordered and find it almost comical how they interact and questions they ask. Goofy statements like "Come now, Mr. *****, together we are going to solve this problem". "Can you verify the computer is turned on", "How is your day going". Must of been given a briefing on how the Americans like to chat.

Besides, there are plenty of comparable open world RPG's available for Mac.

Streaming video from most cameras with a network stream available to cross platform is trivial

Tech Support

Perhaps they were telecommuting and you had a bad line (very poor landlines there)?
