my brain. love it but it gets me into trouble all the time. I'm not very smart, but it has an interesting way of looking at things and then doing things, that I like.

someone sees your scars, they ask HOW did you get them
someone sees your tattoos, they ask WHY did you get them. people with scars tell more interesting stories |

As a younger man, my drug of choice was a '71 240Z with dual webers and headers. :) Never done acid, only smoked marijuana a handful of times, though that was fun.
It's best quality is innovation, it's constantly ferociously hungry to "do" and it's always been like it is, though when I was young, I was smart; alas, no longer. But that's part of the scars thread. :D |

Weighed myself once a week, same day/time, every time to hold myself accountable to my goal...1lb/week lost. FYI, 1lb = 3000 calories. Thats only 428 calories/day average to either work off, not ingest, or both. Remember, after exercise your body keeps working. Cardio is the only thing that will really show weight loss results. I did interval running, push-ups, sit-ups, stretching etc. anything that doesn't require a gym. PM me if you'd like more info regarding "interval training" |
