When ordinary skydiving isn't exciting enough. That is impressive that the guy landed after a mid-air. Wonder if the shift in balance when the jumpers got on the wing strut caused the planes to collide?

I have a rule against jumping out of a perfectly good plane....I guess I'd be out the door with them.

I thought it was against FAA regs for the pilot to have an emergency shoot...

Lucky buffoons. Who the hell does this let alone trust the pilots?

Recall the 12 died at Skydive Sandwich back in 1992.
Skydiving Plane Crashes - Chicago Tribune

Lastly, I remember flying in northern IL and visual spotting skydivers - way out of their territory and guessing 500 yards from us. My instructor reported it but I never knew of the outcome. Idiots.

A pilot dropping jumpers is required to have on a parachute per FAA

Pilot not aware of his surroundings. Someone there should not be flying.

Yup. Likely watching the jumpers and not heads up out the window. The lower plane never saw him, the downside to a high wing. Zero reason for two planes to be that close, especially with people jumping out of them.

That's just crazy. They're lucky to have survived such a stunt.

Holy *&^% batman. Glad everyone was safe.

My son went through airborne school in 2012. Two guys in his training group almost bought it when one of the jumpers landed in the others chute as it was deploying. The guy on top managed to climb out and deploy his chute just in time. Both were hurt pretty bad but survived. Luckily he didn't tell that and other stories until he was home safe.

Every time I think I do some daring things I can look at this video of people climbing out of an airplane and realize riding a motorcycle and racing cars is pretty mundane compared to this.
