big time. it's a rewatch for me every other year or so. Daniel Day-Lewis is captivating in it.
Watched Ex Machina the other day. Had avoided it in the past as I thought it was probably over-rated poorly done sci-fi. It was pretty darned cool actually. Good enough that the full frontal (and backal!) nudity with a couple very attractive women was not the highlight.

Didn't really like it much, and I'm a huge Charlize Theron fan.

I'm shocked. My favorites from her are Prometheus and Atomic Blonde. I haven't seen most of the movies on this list.

I've probably mentioned it already here but The Fighter is a fantastic movie. Christian Bale's best performance IMO.

Saw it last night on TCM. The full movie is available on You Tube, as well. Really enjoyed it.
A television preview for director Richard Donner's 1980 film, his first following the smash-hit "Superman-the Movie". Adapted from the Todd Walton novel by screenwriters Valerie Curtin & Barry Levinson (who had collaborated the previous year on "And Justice For All") the film stars John Savage, David Morse, Diana Scarwid, Amy Wright, Bert Remsen, Harold Sylvester, and Harold Russell (his first film since his Oscar winning performance in the 1946 classic "The Best Years of Our Lives").

The actor talks about how Richard Linklater’s SLACKER turned him on to independent cinema, praises the soundtrack for PARIS, TEXAS, and selects a horror classic by George A. Romero.

The Odyssey has to be good. I don't think Christopher Nolan ever fails on blockbuster movies, and what a great story it is! I think I'll see it in IMAX.

The actor and producer talks about memorable needle drops in AMORES PERROS and BLOW-UP, reflects on how documentaries can transport you into another world, and praises the haunting atmospheres of BIRTH and EYES WIDE SHUT.
