This baby is old and beautiful. 10.25" across fresh tin When I make risotto for 14-16 this is the pot

I was in culinary school in the 80's and bought a new pot. This bad boy is maybe 100 years old love the copper rivets

These are great. My mum who used to be a chef had two of these but I have no idea were they are. I'll have to ask her.
