Congrats on the retirement. Sometimes the weather forecaster makes the forecast look worse than it is going to be which I suppose is not a bad way to be. Glad you had a good drive.

Sometimes transportation companies have the potential retiree not do his last trip for fear that they may come unglued on their last day!

Enjoy your retirement. I am sure you will find lots to do.:)G.

Phew. In the movies, given it was your last run, You were supposed to be toast.

Enjoy and keep busy but without the clock.

All the best.

So much for "Accu-Hunch Weather", if I was wrong that many times in my job I would have been forcibly retired long ago. Glad the drive was safe. Put on the shorts and flip flops and relax for awhile.

strupgolf,

An important question: What are you driving the team in? The Prevost geek in me wants to know :) Safe travels and congrats on your retirement.

I drive a MCI (motor coach industries) 54 pass bus. I've only driven a Prevost one time and it seemed the same. I do like driving, but as I get older the days are longer, the night is darker. Now as I go part time, I can say yes or no. I'll be better off with P/T. I've had so many wonderful people on my trips, and have seen many places I would never have gotten to on my own. Oh well, I've been working for the better part of 49 years, and it went by so fast, or so it seemed.

Nice... I'm familiar with MCI and its history. Real workhorses, they are. Cheers!
