200 persons is a small thing in world politics. A government somewhere could be covering this up so that it does not cause a larger incident. It could even be more than one working together at this point to come up with a "solution" to the problem. My bet is that soon, one of the search ships will "find" a bunch of bodies and some debris in the ocean.

The clues are pointing to the captain even more, now that we learn his entire familly moved out of the house the day before the plane disappeared...

They should search abandoned airports in remote areas with a long enough strip.

It has also been revealed that the pilot's wife and three children moved out of the family home the day before the plane went missing.

BBC news reporting that Malaysian authorities are saying the plane may be on the ground somewhere.

An incredible story.

Ran into an old guy I know that's done a lot of missionary work in China and the Middle East. He thinks the Uyghurs are behind this.

I can't believe it. That would be suicide for their entire race.

I find it hard to believe that the Uyghurs have the operational capability to do something like this.

If politics are behind it, I think the source will be Malaysia.

Their violence (by tiny handful) is directed at the PRC gov't. because of China's heavy-handed policies in Xinjiang, not because of radical Islam. And Uighurs live peacefully all over the rest of China with no violence or bias against them. Their restaurants are very popular among Hans in the rest of China.

Here's my thought: this was a trial run to see A. If it could be done, and B: what the result would be.

They disabled all communications then turned the plane and flew it until it ran out of gas and crashed in the ocean.

No they have to figure out who it was and where the plane is.

sc_rufctr 03-16-2014 08:41 PM

Just in... There's new satellite info

Apparently this plane could have got as far as Perth, Western Australia.

island911 03-16-2014 08:52 PM

Do you have a link to that new sat datum?

As always, Israel should be worried.

mossguy 03-16-2014 09:00 PM

The plane is in Burma after landing at one of the many WWII airfields in that country.

this takes the pressure off the POTUS.........he needed a break !....lol

Rick Lee 03-16-2014 10:07 PM

I wonder if our gov't. really knows the whole story, but wants to let someone else break it, so as to not reveal our methods and capabilities. Maybe they have set a deadline for coming clean if no one else does by x/x/14.
