Which HS Sport To Consider?

What does he want in terms of playing sports?

Is he even interested in this?

Will this activity supersede academia(the real reason he is in HS)?

He wants to join some sport. It is his idea entirely. I do worry that he will be too busy, with theater, dance, classwork and a sport. But he can deal with that when it comes up.

I don't actually consider academics as the overriding reason he is in high school. It is important, but so are other things.

speaking of CC, my youngest ran CC and in his freshman yr, just ran. During the summer he read a running book on toe running instead of heal striking and the next yr he challenged the number one runner and went to state, he also ran in track.
