Osprey has a lifetime warranty and I swear by it. I have a 19 year old son with an Osprey backpack. A typical teen, this thing has been used and abused. I returned it 18 months ago because the zipper was broken - they fixed it. On winter break this year, my son comes home with his backpack and the straps are ruined. I sent it back and they gave me a new one. Aside from shipping costs, I paid nothing else.

I really dislike the four-wheeled bags, aka "spinners." To both my wife and I, they are much harder to handle than the two-wheeled variety. We bought a nice set and gave them away after a single trip with them and reverted to standard two-wheel bags. We're much happier.

Matt, no problems with the 4 wheel ones, you do end up having to get a little smaller bag for carry-on compliant, the extra wheels take up more space. A two wheel you drag, a four wheel you can drag or push. Got to Macy's or some such place and try both, especially if they'll let you put some dead weight in it.
