That's funny... because it's oh-so-true of their street cars ;-) ($6000 of warranty repair on mine already) Hey, Porsche led before the car broke. For a return that's pretty good. It's not like they won straight away with the 908s/917s either... |

I kept up with the race through the many forms of coverage available, quite a dramatic ending. With the #20 in the lead at around three hours to go, I was at least hoping for a LMP1 919 podium finish. That change quickly. At least Porsche race fans can find a bit of pleasure in a third place GTE Pro class finish for the #92 car and a second place for the #88 GTE am RSR.
If you want to see the cars first hand their next race will be at the 6 hrs Circuit of the Americas on September 20th.

The lean burn diesel is tough to mimic with gasoline... this technology has been proven reliable outside automotive applications in remote power generation. They run cleaner and more reliably when tuned properly in this condition.

The anything powered by electricity hate on this forum is hilariously pathetic. For a group of supposed car guys many are soooo close minded.
But I suppose your right. Porsche has absolutely no idea what they are doing incorporating an electric motor - a universally awful idea whether in race, or street.
