The fact that one guys spent evenings and weekends for years building it makes me think it's not telco or CIA. But who knows. Maybe it's Time Warner's customer service center, there's never anyone there.

Years ago dad put some flooring in for a guy and he wanted dad to hook up his gas stove. Dad wouldn't so the guy turned the gas on anyway. He survived, probably because the trailer walls are so weak.

How To Submit an Ohio Public Records Request

In NJ, if you know address/Block/Lot, you can request public docs, plans, CO, tax bill, etc. It may work same way in ohio?
