Solar batt. charger

I'm going camping in the boundary waters area next month and I want to take a couple of cameras with me. How can I keep charged batteries? I'll be there for 10 days. Was thinking maybe a small solar charger hooked up to a small 12 volt SLA and use the sla to charge camera batts.

I have a 12 volt car charger for my camera stuff.

Anyone with experiance with this?

Thanks

my friend has one. goal Zero i think.

i was so surprised how he always had to keep it aimed directly at the sun. he did keep his video camera and iphone charged. this was for a 10 day backpack trip.

i am 99% sure he hooked the panel up directly to the device. i know some you used the panel to charge a battery, and the battery charges the device. he is a weight weenie.

Costco has the GoalZero set up ~75$ iirc

I can't imagine it charges much off of solar. But it does give USB 5v or some other plug @ 12v
