Thanks guys.. The Doc called this afternoon, it is benign but they want me to keep an eye out for it. Still waiting for the results for the other biopsies, hopefully good news with them as well.....

These things are warning. They mean enjoy life (I know Byron does ), drink the good stuff, steak is healthier than burgers. Don't work too hard - holidays are good for the mind and the body. stay fit.
