Losing a child in no excuse for such weird behavior.
I say he is plain nuts. Scientology has not helped. The movie-type scientologists that I have met over the years - they have all been nut jobs.

Scientology is a pseudo religion, that in actuality is a cult. One thinks that most of the people who gravitate to that sort of thing have some squeaky hinges.

Travolta apparently is a dominant Bisexual. With that coming out it has damaged his brand.

Creepy? From what one could see it was pretty lite weight. Travolta is aging and that means he is losing his leading man love interest status. That is what is tough for him to get his head around, and as such may seem like he is grasping. He lost his child if I recall more than 10 years ago? Time heals those wounds and you go on.

I'm sorry, I'm too hetro to watch the Oscars...
For my money, the Oscars are/is a load of 'self-congatulatory bull$ch1t!'

As for Travolta & the other scientology devotees residing on the lunatic fringe of society - cop this:

I rest my case

Cheers

Apologies to whomever I stole this pic from.

I've always liked Travolta as an actor.....but not every movie he's in, of course.

Favorites include:

Swordfish
The Generals Daughter
Broken Arrow
Pulp Fiction
Blow Out
Urban Cowboy
Saturday Night Fever

You folks know he's also a commercial airline pilot and is an ambassador for Quantas, don't you?

When Travolta flies around in his 707 (or is it a DC-8?) I hear he dresses up for the part and wears a Captain's uniform (though not ever employed as a professional pilot), four bars, Captain's hat and everything.

The Village People also dressed up in "Manly" type uniforms...

I believe he owns a 727 among other aircraft. All of which he parks in his backyard. He has been employed as a professional airline pilot, he is not just a brand ambassaodor for Quantas, he is a qualified flight crew for them and holds an ATPL and crews on commercial flights for them. He has always had a love for aviation as i hear it.
He strikes me as a harmless guy, sure a little weird but that the norm for hollywood, he is pretty scandal free, I personally could care less if he is bisexual or not. Scientology is crazy for sure but to each there own....he has done a ton of good works with his wealth and has flown cancer patients all over for treatments. Better than a lot of his peers I would say, and from what I understand that hole thing at the Oscars was pre arranged, so as much as people love to call him creepy, didn't seem to me that any of the ladies in question were creeped out at all.

Right you are it is a 707. It would probably be cheaper than keeping is GII in the air, commercial aircraft tend to be a lot more affordable from a DOC perspective. The 707 had to be sustainable as a money maker, therefor parts support etc. had to be held to a sustainable cost. Corporate aircraft are where the money really starts to flow out....
Having said that, for him to park his 707 inside at my facility here in Calgary would run him about 14k for the night...

Actually if you look at the video of this she did in fact appear to enjoy the attention and looked kinda charmed by it.

Doesn't fit the media narrative I realize.

If you watch the 2 seconds the media plays of it, or look at the stills yes. If you watch what actually happened, she looks quite happy to see him, she just did not know he was there.

Given the behaviour of some people in the world, it is pretty funny that people are still talking about this....nobody knows his relationship with the people he "creeped" on and none of them are complaining about his bahaviour, seems like a lot of talk about nothing. People love to pick on starts, jealousy I think.
