This whole idea of tokens for engine credits makes me want to barf.... I'm not going to watch another race in a season where unless there is some anomaly there will only realistically be one or two drivers with a chance to win. (And while I'm blitching, I want someone to finally step up and say 'we want bigger wheels, with a taller, wider wheel/tire in back, if for no other reason, they look better.) |

Gentlemen. The show is over at WEC. There, our marque Porsche is quite strong amongst other contenders, Audi, Toyota, et. al. Other classes race cars that actually look like street cars which is a bonus imho. And the races are endurance races, something Porsche takes quite seriously.
If you want close competition, F1 is not it. Still don't understand why people watch F1. It's akin to battered housewife syndrome I guess... Or Aussie V8 Supercars. Now, that's the bomb! |

I just think this year's car is more suited to Hamilton than Rossberg. Look at Weber/Vettel. The first year of Red Bull dominance, they could drive the car equally well, but over the next seasons it developed more and more to suit Vettel's style. Rossberg is struggling with a car that doesn't suit him and his apparent role as #2.
Hamilton is wise to keep contract negotiations open as long as possible, because it motivates the team to please him.

Hammy's taking some heat on social media for these pics. If you didn't think he was a dick before these, you may now...

In fairness we can dig up pictures of most winners spraying the podium girls. And the pictures make it look like he was at it for a long time but it might be one second from 3 angles... The media doesn't know what to do anymore to create a tempest in a teacup (and I'm not a fan of his - by a long shot - gold chain rapper, not my guy).
