Advice needed: Pre-cancerous rough patch on my cheek

I had my semi-annual dermatologist appt. yesterday. By tomorrow my face and shoulders will look like I'm a meth addict because of the nitrogen burns.... fun and games. I now wear hats, sunscreen but Doc tells me all the stuff I have now was caused 40 - 50 years ago.,, just paying the piper. I used to spend 12 hours a day in the cotton fields on a John Deere wearing just a base ball cap for a hat (which is almost useless) and often took my shirt off to get a good tan... didn't know better back in the sun worshipping days of the 60's.

Many years ago I first went to dermatologist because of a place on my face. Doc examined and said is just AK BUT I don't like the look of this place on your neck (which I had not noticed). A few days later was cutting a chunk out of my neck: squamous cell cancer. That gets your attention real quick.

I just took off a toe that turned out to be all eaten up with Squamous Cell Ca, which is pretty GD rare. It was into the metatarsal head, that looked okay where I took the saw to it, viable bleeding bone. Then it got decalcified and sliced thin for the microscopic analysis. She has had people telling her to do something about that toe for a few years before I ever met her. This just might kill her, if she does not die of something else first, she is not a well person.

Like I said, you freeze it, you don't have a specimen, so you don't really know what you had. You want educated eyes closely examining your fishbelly white ass.
