I'm surprised the body cam footage didn't "accidentally get erased" like most incriminating dashcam footage does. That seems to be the m.o. for these things.

Those cops should have mace sprayed in their faces every day until that guy fully recovers from his stroke. And if he never does, the spraying never stops. As Vash mentioned above, in circumstances like this time is crucial and all these fools did was rob the guy of valuable time. Not once did anyone say, "Hey buddy, are you OK?"
