'91 NSX, Berlina Black over Ivory. First nice car I could afford. Bought it in '04 and sold it in '06. They are great cars, would love to own another, but I'm more about trying new cars than repeats at this point.

I had two Austin Healey 100-4's ('54 & '56), and a '59 TR-3 back in the day. I didn't consider them super cars, except that I put a Corvette V8 in my '56 Healey. That really made it go, but I didn't keep it for too long after that. They were all fun cars. My first Porsche was a '67 912. It didn't have the oomph of a 911, but for some reason I enjoyed driving it just as much. Wish I still had it. Also wish I had another TR-3.

My first cool car was a 1962 Thunderbird coupe. It was black with a black and red interior. I bought it because my grandfather had a turquoise 1961 and I was in love with that car... I sold it for a bunch of stupid reasons, none of them good.

A few years later after I had joined the navy, I bought a white 1987 944 I drove for a couple years. I got caught in a nasty snowstorm and lost control, and totaled it in slow motion sliding sideways down a mountain.

I replaced it with a black 1993 968 coupe. I sold it a few years later to help get together the down payment for my house.

Last year my grandfather sold the original cool car that started it all, his turquoise metallic and white 1961 Thunderbird coupé.

What other Sports/classic/supercar have you owned?

Back in 1974 I bought my 1974 914 2.0.

Then in 1995 I bought my 1985 911 and sold the 914 the next year.

My daily driver El Camino I bought in 1991. It is not a sports car or supercar.

Since 1974 I have owned 3 cars. I still own two of them.

Ferrari 348 ts / Plymouth Prowler

Less than 10,000 of each made is kinda rare.

A 55 Caddy Coupe Deville that I remember my Daddy buying in March of 1956 from a GM executive that had a boy about my age named Scott (just turned 3 years old). Curly haired lil basterd that didn't want to let me play with his toys.. I remember looking through their big picture window at the car parked in the street.

Apart from everyday cars I have also owned a Berkeley B105,fast but horrible;
Triumph GT6,much better car than its reputation;
Reliant Scimitar V6 GT, nice to drive, but a pig to do what should be simple tasks.
Jaguar 420G, bought to flip;
Aston Martin DB6 Vantage Volante,sold to Australia as too costly to run;
Mini-Marcos, fast but nasty, sold to Japan;
MG Midget,for wife to learn to drive on
Triumph Spitfire, for wife to learn to drive on
Mercedes 280CE,bought to flip;
Sylva Leader, a really solid kitcar hence slightly too heavy to remain competitive;
and currently have my Porsche 924S, Vindicator Vulcan V8, and Renaultsport Clio 172 Cup.
