One point of disagreement - the "delete" service that AM offered for $20 or so - did not fully REMOVE all traces of membership, which was assumed to be the case. The hackers showed that membership info was still retained within the system, even though customers had paid extra to be removed.

Quite the hack! With the amount of information, can probably tell if an account is real or not - someone might use a fake name, but unlikely a fake credit card number, etc. |
