Guys - this is a cool car forum - not a socioeconomic forum - I'm in the hobby - I'm buy cars instead of stocks and bonds - they're more fun - that's it - and I'm excited about my latest addition - you guys should re read your replies and ask yourselves who has issues - I'm surprised at how fun the bentley is - I've got lots of fast cool cars and I didn't think a bentley would light me up - that's it - I'll post on forums where me having lots of cars interests others and doesn't hurt their little feelings - I shoulda posted in the GT3 section or something - moderator where are you ?

You started the thread with a post which ended with "comments.." and that is what you are receiving ...comments.

You have a low post count, aren't "known" on the forum--which isn't meant as a knock--everyone starts somewhere..but the content of your OP post was definitely bragging--intentional or not.

A simple edit of your original post could get your point across much better--something along the lines of " Anyone know W12 Bentleys? I recently scored a deal on one and love it. I was wondering if anyone else has any experiences-it is fantastic"

If you WERE looking for a wide eyed.. "WOW ..super awesome, be my best friend because of your incredible car collection" with your OP as Craig posted, this is the wrong forum for that type glad-handing.

If not and you are sincere, stick around, this is a great resource for knowledge about a VAST array of subjects--including Bentleys being used as tow rigs.

Ignore these guys; they're just jealous. So am I.

Lets see some pics so we call all enjoy. They don't need to be works of art, just any pics of your cars.

I'm right here.

It's one thing to have a first post bragging about your cars - -but it's another to follow up by criticizing the regular forum members for their responses to an absurd first post.
And yes - you were bragging - otherwise you wouldn't have pointed out that you have a total of EIGHTEEN cars.
Edited - inappropriate - Z-man.

Chill out - ease up on your attitude, and be a little more humble in your approach here. It will go better. OR - if you just wanted to troll these forums, or wanted to play "Mine is bigger than yours" then mission accomplished.

How does your GT serve you when used as a tow vehicle??

Seriously, just post some pics of the cars or maybe the Mrs. on a roof or in the garden and you'll have your own fan club!!

PS: Why would someone with such an assortment of fine automobiles admit to owning a Porsche 944? A non-S / non-Turbo at that? And attempt to sell it for $20k ?

I was simply calling you out. ......
The simplest way to shut everyone up would be to post some pics......then you would probably reciever the "those are awesome" replies you were looking for........they probably are awesome, and is surely a cool collection. .....
But......this is the Internet, and the off topic forum to boot lol

I had a 69 MGB that I loved. Had 15 inch MGA wheels with XZXs. Found it on the side of a house, knocked on the door, woman begged me to take it away, a long ago stalled project of her sons. When the flatbed started towing it, left rear wheel was locked and was digging a ditch in her yard. We tried to free it up to no avail. When I asked her if it was ok to tow it out, she yelled, get it out of here, I don't care what it does to the yard.

My first barn find restoration, thank you Moss Motors. What a great little car that was. The doors closed with the 911 ring, never forget that.

On the Bentley, does it drive as heavy as it looks, and is? HP?

Great stuff, after all these years, PPOT never fails to deliver. You are probably genuinely a car guy who just got off to a bad start here... post some pics of your cars and lighten up a bit

FWIW, you should see what I bought when I sold my 964
