Not much to go on but I will guess... Buick Riviera?

For whatever reason it seems like a Monte Carlo to me.

No wing window, not that Electra, maybe a '70 My first impression was a Monte, but the vinyl top does not look right for some reason, maybe a Riv

The Boat-tail Buick Riv is #1 on my list of American cars of that era. Cool for days, and one of the last cars with beautiful lines before the dark days of auto design IMO.
