Another incredible game 7: especially 3rd period Preds / Ducks
If that didn't get your heart racing you've got no heartbeat. Another one bites the dust:  There's a lot of talk about the big Cindy vs Ovi series. We shall see. In other news: Bergeron, Kesler, Kopitar named Selke finalists (you know who I'm rooting for).

Cindy vs Ovi....hmmmm. I don't really have solid reasons to boo Ovi whereas I really don't like Cindy. So I'll just need to go with the Caps.

For some reason, I like it that three of the regular post season teams in the West have been knocked out. I'm particularly happy for Jay Bouwmeester.
I might even watch some games.

Maybe John Tavares can carry the Islanders to the next round. He is the best post-season player so far.

St. Loo sure exposed Dallas last night. Conventional wisdom being - 'you can't win with a tandem net-minder situation'. Preds did a number on the "Hosers" as well (Rinne being 'lights-out') which should make this series more interesting. Caps should even things up this evening with Letang out serving his suspension.

 Sad to see the Isles go down in flames like that. They just didn't show up. In the meantime, the Preds, Stars, & the Caps are on an uphill climb. I don't see the Preds making it. The Caps have the potential but if they stall for just a minute the Pens will rush in and it will be game over. That triple OT of the Preds was a thriller. A buddy of mine was there and lost his voice cheering.

As for Ovi, well if he goes down, again, it won't be for lack of effort on his part. I'd rather watch Cindy lose.
