Dashlane & Other Password Apps

In frustration I tried the free trial of Dashlane ( https://www.dashlane.com ). My passwords are a mess. I have well over 100, stored in the cloud as image files. Most of my passwords are for inconsequential things that, if they became public knowledge would not cause me a lot of grief (who cares about my customer account password to cheesemaker.com?) but they are a pain to have to look up all the time.
So I put everything that is not financially related on Dashlane. That has me down to about 10 secured passwords (I don't consider the passwords Dashlane has "secure"). I'm liking it, but before I fork over $40/year for the full blown app, does anyone else use one of these password management apps? Is there one that syncs to all of my devices, is secure, and costs less than $30/year?

I am a Luddite compared to most of the folks here but here goes:

I use My Eyes Only: My Eyes Only Classic - Secure Data Manager for iOS - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download.com

The app is probably a little more input intensive than others but I prefer that. I have had the app for a long time through various iPhone and iPads.

I use Dashlane and have been happy with it. It gets a little aggressive about offering to remember every new password but that's only a slight annoyance.

I use the Quick Password Manager on iOS - current version is 2.92.0
I've probably got almost 100 passwords stored in it - for work and or home website access. I got it when it was free - not sure if they charge for it now.

I use Lastpass, probably works just like the rest of them, works across multiple computer and android devices, as needed.

Did you then password protect that file? Might as well, the password protection travels with the file so you can email it or whatever to yourself as needed, and it will remain protected.
