Ah, Huster. One of my best friends in the publishing business was the original art director for Hustler. He was only there about a year. Larry Flint was a real jackass to work for. He has something about the color blue. Went nuts if anyone tried to use blue graphics.

WD--Please (please) continue publication of Hemmings Sports & Exotic! The cancellation letter said there are 55,000 subscribers (how can they not make it work with that many ?!?). On top of the subscribers, there's also newsstand sales.
I subscribed to Vintage Truck years ago and very much enjoyed it. I found out about it through my dad's subscription to Antique Power. Cheers, and happy Porsche motoring. |

For the past month I was trying to download the latest issue on my iPad and was getting "product does not exist". Now I get why...
I was also a subscriber from #1, or #2 possibly.. But i gave it up a couple years ago, too many british cars for my liking and inaccurate market pricing, which is strange considering they're Hemmings and have access to quite the DB of cars for sale !!! |

Pity, that was one of the better specialized mags for classic cars. I carried a subscription for several years. At one point in the early 2000's I had about 6 different car magazines coming in monthly, but as the internet grew, they just became obsolete/information became readily available. Ditto for buying all the various car VHS/DVD videos when YouTube came to fruition. Times change.
