OUTSTANDING!!!
Now traffic can return to just "Sucks" status, as opposed to "Sucks Real Bad"... ![]() I have to admit, since the collapse, I've been following WAZE to get to work from the other side of Gwinnett County. I've discovered some decent routes that I'll probably continue to use, rather than immediately jumping back to I-85. Randy

At the best Atlanta traffic really sucks. It just moved up to really really sucks a lot. Even in the 70s when I was driving through

![]() I've actually been dropping south, down to 78 and riding that into town. At least the scenery is nicer...trees and old-Atlanta neighborhoods instead of buildings and graffiti... Randy

all fixed ahead of time, good deal.
Part of the reason traffic is so bad: plans for a good rail and public transit system were shelved years ago. Sit in traffic or ride on a train? Seems like an easy choice for city planners to make, but its not, there is always resistance in every big city.
