I felt the same way when I did the PDE the first time.. What could I possibly learn and was thinking it would half fun. I was totally blown away by how much fun I had and highly recommend it!. Once you complete all of the modules you can pick whatever you want to do until the time runs out.
The repeated full out, drag race launch, constant burn out from zero to 100, 1st through 3rd gear, traction control off tire smoking hard acceleration was totally worth the price of a admission alone!

LoL I read this, Speeder, and the first thing I thought was "You've never flown LAX". That was before I saw that you actually lived in Los Angeles. I do have to say your compassion for LAX is endearing, but surprising! I avoid LAX at ALL costs. It's just such a horrible way to fly. I feel like flying into John Wayne, even with the travel time, beats the traffic gridlock, security lines and inefficiencies of LAX.... but I guess you don't abhor it nearly as much as I do. LoL
Good to be reminded that everyone has a different experience. ![]() |

Also, Jack...
That's an awesome part-time job. Congrats! I plan to go within the next few months. Hope to see you! BTW: I've only recently re-registered with the board, but I was on Pelican back when you were still in BBI. It was one of my favorites on the (much smaller) board and I remember being sad it was totaled, but was excited to follow along as BBII was built. I imagine meeting you will be a bit like meeting a celebrity! Sorry in advance if I get all tongue-tied. LoL |

I've driven that Miami Blue car a bunch of times, one of the best colors in the fleet.
I hope you had a good time. I was at the Experience Center as a 'civilian' yesterday for a thing the R Gruppe was doing. Usually, my car is the only early model in the parking lot. ![]()

Answer in logical steps:
-Become passionate about the Porsche marque and talk to people who are as well -Acquire a 911 and start working on it -Do some cool, different, and unique things to said 911...and post that stuff to the Internets -Spend time building a clean and purposeful garage...know the right people -Get featured in Hot Rod magazine -Drive club races like a savage monster ... continuing to build noteriety -Get selected for that cool Porsche driving video thing that was created -Be obvious choice... You're welcome ![]()
