Just read an article in the newspaper today which states that one of Verison's vendors posted data logs of consumers on an unsecured cloud, accessible to anyone who typed in the url. Logs included names, addresses, phone numbers, and sometimes PINs. Vendor stated it was a "human error" and has been corrected, but the damage has been done, and you sound just like a typical victim.
