Was training the last cat I had to use the toilet.

Got the cat for my Mom with Alzheimer's and the cat ran from her. Ended up giving it to one of the hospice nurses. She said she thought it was weird that she had two other cats that used the litter box and this one used the toilet.

Our first lab would have worn the goggles just because we asked. She would have given the frowny face but she would have worn them.

Cowboy would wait til I was distracted and then fling his doggles off into the wind. I don't really bother with the new dogs.

The dog named Bud. He accompanied Horatio Nelson Jackson on the first coast to coast automobile trip across the continental United States.

Our dog, Jack, with his "Doggles". He had to wear them whenever outside until an eye infection cleared up.

My golden gets all kinds of bumps, scrapes, and scratches on her head out romping through the yard and messing with the local opossum. Maybe I should get her some doggles and a helmit.

you all posting pics of painted cats and dogs are missing the point.

my VET suggested i do this to try to prevent melanoma on his eyelids..everything else gets coated with sunscreen. if they made an eye safe sunscreen, i would toss the google idea. get it?

i would be the last person to dress up an animal to fit my own mutated sense of pet ownership. i don't even call them "companion animals"..it is a damn pet i own. i do my best for the sake of the animal..i love them..i dont LOOOOOOVVVVEEEE them. wife and i dont send each other dog-parent day cards..no birthday parties for the dog...i barely even post in that giant dog thread. and no pics in my phone.

Yep, my GS has Pannus, so she gets eye drops everyday and the uv light makes it worse. If I know we are going to be outside for a while, she wears them, it definitely isn't for fashion.

getting him to learn to wear them is turning out okay. helps if i put the goggles on and toss a ball. and obviously, i took the lens out to minimize the sensory overload.

i'm trying to get him to associate the goggles with "good times!"
