The tweeze is making some pumpkin right now. Super tasty!
Have you guys tried the Trader Joe’s pumpkin pancake mix? We like it, need to stock up before it goes away. |

My better half makes raspberry pancakes and mango pancakes from time to time. Fantastic!

I confess after reading an article about pancake mixes (Consumer Reports?), I tried the Aunt Jamima Complete mix which received top billing. It's one of those you just add water to. It was very good, although the only other mix I've had is Bisquick. I tried adding milk instead of water. That was OK. Then I tried adding an egg to the mix. That didn't work out so well. So I'm going to buy another box of it for quick pancake breakfasts.

![]() This morning’s batch. Scratch made buttermilk. Our son wanted to add food coloring per the “If you give a pig a pancake” story. I think that will be a one time deal. Strange blue pancakes LOL. The T-Joes pumpkin pancake mix is very tasty indeed! |

A local restaurant serves two of these in the short stack. When I say local, it is in the metro area. It is just off of R-66 in Yukon, OK. No way I could eat all that. They were good, at least the parts I ate.
